Mandatory Nonsupervisory Employee Training
Effective January 1, 2016, all nonsupervisory employees are required to complete mandatory biennial sexual violence and sexual harassment prevention training.

Departments wishing to provide instructor-led programs to satisfy this requirement for their nonsupervisory employees may contact OPHD for information regarding scheduling.
NOT FOR SUPERVISORS! Taking this course will not meet the AB1825 Supervisory Requirement.
